He was the second worst president in American history and the cause of the 22nd amendment which was passed before his chair got cold.(states that no one can be pres for more than two terms)
FDR did more damage to freedom than anyone except Wilson because Wilson made the first cut(s). The policies of both these presidents leads directly to the horror of the current administration's socialist policies and the attempt to force a potentially economically crippling bill down our throats.

It would be interesting to know what your reasons are for making the statements you do about (1) that FDR was the second worst American President (2) how do FDR's policies affect the current Obama Administration and (3) what are the horrors that you alude to?

FDR is the second worst president because his policies created a socialist state in a federalist republic and weakened it. It created a false morality which is still being followed today. FDR promulgated a type of belief system in which the welfare of the few out weighs the freedom of the whole.
Wilson was much worse, if that's any consolation. He actually killed people.
