It is about balancing your (any amount of) protein intake with the number of after meal jabs you need each day. So you have to be able to count your protein calories and compensate.
I have a French diabetic son-in-law living in my house - he has had no Hypoglycemic incident since taking the course. That's nearly one year ago, so far so good.
