What's all the fuss about losing / gaining an hour of sleep?
IF you went to bed at the SAME hour every night and got up at the SAME hour every morning, well then I can see how you might possibly "lose" or "gain" an hour of sleep.
But if you went to bed at 9 pm one night and 11 pm the next night, you "lost" TWO (2) !! ! hours right there. ! !!
I think it's just media hype.
