Marton Csokas has taken up permanent residency here in the states, California no less, and I don't understand why Hollywood isn't taking great advantage of it. He's a proven entity. You can't go wrong with Marton Csokas. I've seen him actually carry films by the sweat of his most talented brow. The range in which Marton can work within is incredible, whether it be leading man, god guy or bad guy, or good bad guy. He is funny, witty, intelligent, soulful, and he makes an exceptional bad guy no matter the circumstances. He gives his characters depth and offers so much to the project, whether it's a comic brought to the silver screen as with Trevor Goodchild in "Aeon Flux", or a real character from history as with Guy DeLusignan in Ridley Scott's "Kingdom of Heaven" Marton raises the bar. His portrayal of Yorgi in the political action adventure xXx was proof positive that no matter who Marton is playing opposite he steals the eye. Whether he does it unintentionally or not he's a scene stealer. It can't be helped. Perhaps it's up to us, his fans and supporters to bring this to Hollywood's attention.
