I think most kids learn to ride a bicycle around six or seven years old, so these would be kids between four and seven, I reckon.

The smartest age to start children on tricycles is about three. Any earlier would be suicide, and any later would mean it would be twice as hard to teach them because around three years old you are still absorbing information.
