Dear Mitch,
I have worked almost 20 years as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Ind.
I recently worked in Rochester where, following the directives of my supervisor, after voicing my objections, incurred debilitating injuries to my cervical spine.
I can understand not being able to sue your employer, but what I do not understand is, now that I can not work in my profession I have no recourse.
because I am over 55 years old, and have 2 work comp injuries on my record, neither my fault, I have lost my job and future. I would really like to know why this is the norm. I know other people who are in this situation also.
how do I support my family ?? Who is going to hire me.??
Thanks for listening,
Laura OBrien.
