Hi i am from colorado.Icame to U.S. on aug 8th,2008 on H4 visa.and the expiration of visa is in 2010,sep.
I have applied for colorado motordriving licence and i have passed in written test and vision test.The employee of DMV verify my passport,when she verifying my I94 number she didn't find in her system.so they issue my Instruction permit.
why?
Is there any time limit to take licence,???
or how much time it(i94) will take to update to DMV records??
pls give me suggestion ?
