I am writing a paper on "the availability of texts in pre-Nicene period". Example: Justin Martyr wrote his apologies. How did he go around and get someone to "publish" his works? He didn't go to the local printer; then his distributor; and finally to the libraries and book stores. Is anything out there that gives us some of this information?
