In Treasure Adventure, Players must find as much treasure as possible while working on the top score for each quest. The game also includes a party mode, which can played with up to 8 people. Party mode games can either be played in 5, 10 or 20 rounds. The player with most points after the final round is the winner. The top 5 scores for each game are shown in the Rankings menu.
In Free Play mode, players can play any of the 24 mini-games.
In Party Mode as many as eight players compete against each other in a randomly selected mini-game.
In Treasure Trials a player goes through a series of tests to earn a rank. They are Rookie, Amateur, Specialist, Professional, Veteran, Master, and Legend, from lowest to highest.
After a player beats all the Treasure Trials, the Challenge Missions are unlocked. Here, each mini-game offers two challenges where a skill is practiced.
Shark Attack- Players jump to avoid hungry sharks.
Crocodile Stomper- On the screen, crocodiles will appear. Players must step on the corresponding buttons to kill the crocs.
Kraken Battle- An angry octopus hurls buttons at the player, who must step on the buttons.
Gem Catcher - Players must step on buttons to catch the gems a monkey throws at them.
Mummy's Tomb-Players must escape mummies by running and stepping on buttons to lock gates.
Dungeon Escape- Players step or press the buttons on the screen to escape a dungeon with caving walls.
Jungle Vine Ruins-Players run and jump to swing off vines and get to treasure.
Door Smasher- By running, players smash through doors and get to treasure.
Two-Legged Run- For two players only. A jungle tribe has captured the players and tied their legs together. The two players must run in tandem and escape their captors.
Stop and Go- Players run to treasure, stopping whenever there is light.
Fire Frenzy- Players jump to avoid a flame.
Cycle Glider- Players pedal a plane by running.
Mine Kart Mayhem- Players pump the Wii remote, jump, and lift a leg to operate mine kart and to escape a collapsing mine.
Rapid Rappelling- Players jump to rappel down a cliff.
Canyon Leaper- Players run and jump to leap across a canyon.
Runaway Train- Players must run,jump, and duck to stop an out-of-control train
Airplane Panic-Players step on the buttons appearing on the screen to gain control of an airplane.
Horseback Chase- By jumping, players will ride a horse to chase a robber. However. the horse will tire out if it is pushed to much.
Dogsled Ride- Player reach treasure by controlling a team of dogs that will also tire.
Balloon Landing-Player alternately step on two buttons to activate the burner of a hot air balloon to land safely.
Ice Cave Slider- Players press buttons to slide trough an ice cave.
Deep-Sea Diving"- Players swim to an old submarine by running and swing the Wii remote in circles to open a hatch.
Pirate's Treasure-Players run to swim and tilt the Wii remote to steer in order to swim to sunken treasure.
