into "leaders for liberty". Members of the AFF team have appeared on notable news programs to give their input on important political topics. Chairman, Kmele Foster, has appeared numerous times on Fox Business programs.

Mission statement

According to its website, "the mission of America’s Future Foundation is to identify and develop the next generation of conservative and libertarian leaders. We work to build a nationwide network of young professionals who are committed to the principles of limited government, free markets, and personal responsibility." The difference between AFF and other similar organizations is that AFF recruits young professionals in their twenties or thirties, as opposed to college students, to develop as leaders. AFF uses a strategy of self-development to help these bright young professionals build their social networks and improve in their field of work, whether it be journalism, policy, business, academia, or the arts, so that they can move into leadership positions.

Chapters

AFF was founded in Washington D.C. and has a local chapter in the area. Other local chapters include Denver, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Nashville, and Minneapolis. A new chapter will launch in New York City on November 7, 2011. . Within these chapters there are opportunities for networking, mentoring, and managing programs.

Events

AFF uses social events as a way to network young professionals who are either libertarian or conservative. The events are also used as an opportunity to debate politics and listen to speakers and panelists. AFF's regular events are the monthly Roundtable and Leadership series. The Rountable series has been host to columnists from NBC, the Atlantic, New Republic, Reason, The National Review, and The Cato Institute.
