Bundesanstalt für Züchtungsforschung an Kulturpflanzen (BAZ) (The Federal Institute for Plant Breeding Research on crops) was one of the German Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection research organization. It consisted of nine sub-institutes in four locations:
