, the CDP has a total area of 5.6 square miles (14.4 km²), of which, 4.3 square miles (11.2 km²) of it is land and 1.2 square miles (3.2 km²) of it (22.48%) is water.

In the CDP the population was spread out with 13.2% under the age of 18, 4.3% from 18 to 24, 15.3% from 25 to 44, 24.2% from 45 to 64, and 43.0% who were 65 years of age or older.
