Charles S. Cohen is the CEO of Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation (CBRC) and owns the four major design centers throughout the country – Pacific Design Center
in Los Angeles, D&D Building in New York City, Decorative Center Houston in Texas and Design Center of the Americas in Florida.
Recently Cohen teamed up with Argentinean architect Cesar Pelli
in developing the final phase of the 14 acres (56,656 m²) design and office campus for the Pacific Design Center
