The Colorado Children’s Chorale is a singing group in Colorado
that was founded in 1974. The Chorale consists of six choirs: Prep choir, Apprentice choir, Concert choir, Regional Tour choir, National Tour choir, and Transitions choir. They participate in over 130 annual performances.
The chorale enrolls more than 400 mixed, unchanged children’s voice

, economic and ethnic backgrounds, representing over 180 schools across the Front Range
of Colorado. An additional 1,600 children, who are mostly at-risk and from under-served communities throughout the state, participate annually in a nationally recognized education outreach program, called the Conservatory.
Participants are encouraged to develop self-discipline, self-motivation, teamwork, poise, focus and confidence. Some alumni, fondly called "grads", work for the Chorale for a few years, helping with rehearsals and behind-the-scenes at concerts.
