Company Grade Officers' Council
Encyclopedia
The Company Grade Officers' Council (commonly known as the CGOC) is a national organization of US Air Force Company Grade Officers
(Lieutenants and Captains). It is not an official military organization, but a council of junior grade military officers that volunteer their off-duty time to give back to the base and community and develop themselves professionally. Each base has its own local CGOC organization, which in turn falls under one of the four regional CGOCs, that are combined to form the Air Force CGOC.
These organizations can also be called Company Grade Officers' Associations or CGOAs.
