Conqueror's Pride

Conquerors' Pride , written in 1994, is the first book in the series. The book begins with the invasion of unknown aliens who, after a brutally efficient battle, take with them a prisoner: Commander Pheylan Cavanagh. Adam Quinn, under orders from Lord Stewart Cavanagh, later leads a team of elite fighter pilots to embark on a perilous mission to rescue Commander Cavanagh.

Conquerors' Heritage

Conquerors' Heritage written in 1995, is the second installment of the trilogy, following Conquerors' Pride. This book, unlike the first, is told from the viewpoint of the aliens, the Zhirrzh.

In the book, the human Pheylan Cavanagh has escaped his captors. He is still pursued by mysterious and powerful forces. He soon believes his only hope is to convince the Overclan authorities that the humans were not responsible for the war. Meanwhile, Thrr-gilag struggles with the disgrace he receives after Cavanagh's escape.

The Zhirrzh, the human's enemy, have conquered death itself. However, they still face destruction from the Human-Conqueror armadas. Thrr-gilag soon realizes that the war holds a two-fold threat; the humans and the self-destructing Zhirrzh society.

Conqueror's Legacy

Conquerors' Legacy written in 1996, is the third installment of the trilogy, following Conquerors' Pride. This book, is told from multiple viewpoints.

In the book, Lord Stewart Cavanagh looks for a defense against the Zhirrh race's planned attack. Individuals from both sides of the war discover the foundations for it, a tragic misunderstanding that threatens to destroy both sides.
