In January 2007, was announced that Jorquera joined Primera División side Ñublense
on loan for six months. On 27 January 2007, he played his first game for the club against Deportes Puerto Montt. With the pass of time, Jorquera become a key player in the club, being compared with Valdivia for his good performance. On 6 July 2007, he scored his first goal for the club and also his professional goal against Cobresal at Estadio Nelson Oyarzún. During June, Jorquera his loan finish with Ñublense and returned to Colo-Colo, but he was loaned to Unión Española
for six months. With the latter he played 15 games during the Torneo de Clausura.
He returned to Colo-Colo in 2008 and was included in the preseason as titular. On 21 February 2008, he played his first match for a Copa Libertadores against Atlas de Guadalajara at Estadio Jalisco
. His first goal for the club was in a Copa Libertadores match with Boca Juniors
in a 2–0 victory.
In 2011 he was part of the Colo-Colo team that suffered their worst ever start to a season, failing to win their first four games. He played his part in the recovery, scoring a couple of well regarded goals in victories against Palestino and Unión Española
