Dr. E. David Cook is a Fellow of Green College, Oxford
and the first Holmes Professor of Faith and Learning at Wheaton College
. He is also a visiting Professor of Christian Ethics at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary
in Louisville, Kentucky
