El Musical de tus Sueños was an alternate argentinian season of Bailando por un Sueño
and was hosted by Marcelo Tinelli
. The show was not the traditional format: instead of couples, this season each celebrity would have been dancing, singing and acting, with a team of 5 dancers. Each week, they had to portray a different theme (love, fantasy, etc). The format with the eliminations, was the same as in the traditional competition: the worst couples were sentenced, the jury saved some of them, and the two remaining were going to the public vote, where the couples with the less votes, was eliminated.
The season, first aired on August 24, 2009, and was part of the original show, Showmtach broadcast on El Trece
