Elisha W. McComas was an American politician who served as lieutenant governor of Virginia in 1856 and 1857.

McComas was living in Cabell County (now in West Virginia) when he was elected Virginia's second lieutenant governor. He began his term on 1 January 1856 and resigned on 7 December 1857, when he was succeeded by William Lowther Jackson
