Foulques Thibaut Robert Jacques Géraud Jean Marie d'Orléans, Petit-Fils de France, Prince de France, comte d'Eu and duc d'Aumale was born on 9 July 1974. He is the son of Jacques Jean Yaroslaw Marie d'Orléans, Prince de France and Gersende de Sabran-Pontèves. His paternal grandfather was the late Henri, Count of Paris
who was generally recognized as the rightful claimant to the French Throne
