In 1992 and 1993, he headed the Institut du Coeur of Hô Chi Minh-City, in Vietnam, for a year, and in 2004, he became until May 2011, General Secretary of the Fondation Alain Carpentier, which supports this hospital.
He was born on June 27, 1965. He is a graduate of HEC Paris (1986) and Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris
(1987). He holds a Law degree and is a graduate of École nationale d'administration
(Victor Hugo promotion).
He is a Knight of the National Order of Merit
and a Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honor.
