Hackney's is a chain of Irish
family restaurants and bars located in the Chicago

Out of a small kitchen with four burner plates the Hackney Burger was created. The half pound of meat was originally cooked on ten-inch black iron frying pans. The burger was then laid in between two pieces of Aunt Bebe's homemade dark rye bread.
