Hüniken has an area, , of 1.01 square kilometre (0.38996318017846 sq mi). Of this area, 0.78 km² (0.301159683702177 sq mi) or 77.2% is used for agricultural purposes, while 0.16 km² (0.0617763453748056 sq mi) or 15.8% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 0.07 km² (17.3 acre) or 6.9% is settled (buildings or roads).
