's boutique label Pookie Entertainment. The album's release was delayed due to issues within the label and the single's release was canceled. After an amicable leave from the label, Gilliam made preparation's for the album's release in late 2005 through her own label Joilicious Music. In October 2005, "I'm So Famous" made a strong debut on college & internet radio. Nearly three months after the release of Tennessee Slim Is the Bomb
, it would debut on mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop radio outlets. Receiving little airplay, digital sales for the single were strong becoming Gilliam's second best selling single to date.
