This is the company's second 3 3/4" line based on a Marvel movie following X-Men Origins: Wolverine and like that line will include figures modeled after characters...

 toy line under a different name, due to the company no longer marketing the film. Like the previous line, it will include a mix of movie-based, comic-based, and concept figures.

The line falls under Hasbro's "Avengers Assemble" marketing banner, which will also include the Thor: The Mighty Avenger

Action Figures - 3.75" Single Carded

Based on the numbering in the first wave of figures, it looks as if there will be at least 46 figures in this series. Unlike the Iron Man 2 line, these will not be coming with stands or armor cards.

This wave has not been released in retail. There will not be any further releases, despite the numbering and the existence of multiple prototype figures such as the Mk II Whiplash
