- The school's address is 286 Cuba Hill Road. It was formerly called the Cuba Hill School from its opening in 1955 until the 1980s, when it was renamed in honor of the first superintendent of the school district. Cuba Hill School was a replacement for Elwood's Little Red School House, which opened in 1915 and still stands on Cuba Hill Road near the intersection with Elwood Road.
