Early career
Jonathon first started to skate when he was twelve years old. Before he began ice dancing, he skated individually and was one of the representatives for Great Britain in international competitions. When he first started to ice dance, he teamed up with Tessa McGarry, his coach’s daughter, then in 1995, joined forces with Pam. Together they achieved bronze medal at British Junior ice dance championships their first year together.Senior career
