Julio César "Cata" Domínguez Juárez (born November 8, 1987 in Arriaga

) is a Mexican
football
centre back.
He also played for the Mexican Under-20 team and is regarded as one of the brightest young defensive players that Mexico has. He made his debut for the Mexican national team on August 22, 2007 in a friendly match against Colombia. He, notably, did not represent Mexico at the 2005 U-17 FIFA World Cup held in Peru, where Mexico won the title against Brazil.
