Warriors and the Wotnot Book to her younger daughter Kameo, Kalus, the first daughter, grows jealous. In an act of revenge, she kidnaps her mother, her two uncles and her aunt, then proceeds to torture them. As part of her revenge scheme, she releases the ancient curse which held the evil troll king Thorn captive by kissing him on the lower lip and unleashes his troll army upon the world. Kameo dashes to their rescue, only to be knocked unconscious and left on The Mystic's door step. The Mystic informs her that the Elemental Warriors are now Elemental Sprites who have been captured by the Shadow Trolls. She now has to rescue and absorb the Elemental Sprites, save her family and defeat Kalus and Thorn.
After getting all of the sprites, freeing three of her family members (who also tell her more about her past, such as her really being an orphan that Solon, the Elf king found and brought back to his kingdom as well as Solon being murdered by Thorn) and making her way to Thorn's Airship to save her stepmother, Kameo confronts the two villains and wins after knocking Kalus out with Chilla's ice spikes. Whilst unconscious, some flashbacks occur through Kalus' mind which reveals that The Mystic was the one behind the death of Solon and Kalus' betrayal by tricking them into getting involved with Thorn in whatever possible way she could think of. Kalus then regains her composure and attempts to avenge her father (as well as make up to everybody else) by attacking Thorn, but is no match for a simple punch thrown by the troll. Kameo quickly catches her stepsister and then the two of them combine their powers by hugging each other. They then charge straight towards Thorn and when Kalus gets a chance, she grabs hold of his head and once again kisses the king (this time on the nose) which turns the two of them into a stone statue. Before completely turning to stone, Kalus asks Kameo to apologize to the rest of the family for what she did. Then the statue slides off of the airship.
After that happens, the ship starts to explode and fall apart and Kameo is seen falling to her doom whilst unconscious. She eventually lands on something, which (by the time that the clouds have gone by) is revealed to be the top of a small blimp that her friends stole from the trolls which is heading straight for the Enchanted Kingdom. On top of that, Theena also survived the explosion and landed next to the now awake Kameo. Once the camera is done focusing on everybody cheering down below as well as the blimp, the player then sees what happened to Kalus and Thorn. It's revealed that the two fell to the bottom of the sea, never to be seen or heard from again. After the credits, The Mystic is seen laughing to herself.
The concept of playing a shapeshifter
who collects more and more shapes was first used in the old Shadowcaster
PC game. Kameo differs due to her ability to sprout wings, and is one of the few characters who can jump. With her hover ability she is one of the faster characters, and she the only character who can pick up items. Kameo also gains the companionship of a horse and a raptor in the Badlands. You have to upgrade your warriors to unlock their full potential. You do this by collecting Elemental Fruit. Kameo has the ability to turn into:
and Donkey Kong Racing. However, when Microsoft announced its purchase of Rare in late 2002, Kameo' s future was put in question. It was decided that work would continue on the Xbox, and a planned release date of 2003 was given. After several revamps, causing repeated delays, Kameo was put on indefinite hold in late 2004. Following this, rumours began that the game was once again undergoing a platform change, this time from the Xbox to the Xbox 360, where it was the first announced game for the system.
The launch of the game brought with it the sale of an official soundtrack featuring 27 musical tracks from the game.

Elemental Warriors
Kameo's main objective during the game is to return the 10 Elemental Warriors back into the Wotnot and gain the ability to become them, which she must do to progress through the game. At the beginning Kameo has the power of 3 Elemental Warriors, but these are lost during the opening battle. When the warriors were released from the Wotnot they reverted to their physical forms where they are called Elemental Sprites; in these forms they are powerless and have been captured by the Shadow Trolls. - Pummel Weed - A plant like monster with limbs that resemble boxing gloves. He fights with jabs and has the ability to go into the ground. He is one of two Plant Elemental Warriors, and the first you collect from a shadow troll. He was one of the three starting warriors. He was the first creature created by Rare, and was inspired from a member's love of BoxingBoxingBoxing, also called pugilism, is a combat sport in which two people fight each other using their fists. Boxing is supervised by a referee over a series of between one to three minute intervals called rounds...
. - Snare - Another plant elemental warrior. Snare has powerful jaws and has the ability to bite, swallow, or spit out enemies, as well as spit toxic bile. He is of the plant element. Yeros was holding him.
- Rubble - A creature who looks like a pile of rocks, and has the ability to launch himself in focus shots or in explosion blasts. He is the second Stone Elemental Warrior, and the second warrior you rescue from the shadow troll. He also has the ability to have other rocks follow him. He was concepted as joke when a member told them to create a rock monster out of a pile of bricks.
- Major Ruin - An armadillo with a rock back like creature, battles by rolling up into a ball and ramming his enemies. Is the first Stone Elemental Warrior, and the fourth warrior for you to collect. Major Ruin is used to use "half pipe" like formations, and can catch "hitch hikers" when he runs over enemies. He was one of the three starting elemental warriors.
- Ash - A powerful flightless dragon often underestimated by his enemies. Although he is relatively small for a dragon, he can easily turn an imposing Troll into a mobile candle. He is of the fire element. Halis was holding him and is the third warrior for you to collect.
- Thermite - A small insect fire elemental warrior that carries a large volcano-like cauldron on his back. He is capable of unleashing several devastating attacks out of this cauldron. He is of the fire element and is the last warrior for you to collect.
- Chilla - A Yeti like creature, who battles by throwing enemies on to his back, using them as clubs, or throwing them or icicles at other enemies. The first Ice Elemental and the sixth you collect, Lenya was holding him. You can also use him to climb up walls and to freeze enemies. He is Rare's favorite creature for some reason.
- 40 Below - A large, legless ice elemental warrior that travels around atop a snowball. 40 Below has an icy breath and can create a large, spiky snowball that he can use for a variety of attacks. He is of the ice element.
- Flex - A water elemental warrior with four tentacles that has the ability to stretch its body and grab and attack enemies from a distance. Whereas most people would use Deep Blue to go through water, not many think to use Flex to go over it. He is of the water element.
- Deep Blue - A water elemental warrior resembling an octopus and a jellyfish who is most at home underwater. A weak-out-of-water creature that should mainly be used for underwater fights and fire creatures. He is able to swim at fast speeds and can shoot torpedoes underwater, as well as shoot water and oil when on land. Combine oil and fire to create a better flamethrower than Ash. He is of the water element. Deep blue can also melt into a puddle and either drown enemies on land or grab them with his tentacles and smash them into various objects.
- Elemental fruits- Elemental fruits help you upgrade your warriors they can be found in abandon huts in the badlands or by doing task from local residents in the towns or areas you are exploring

. This download adds three new modes to the game with the emphasis on multiplayer content. The first mode is Expert Mode, which can be played in both single-player and multiplayer. In this mode, the levels are mirrored and enemy placement is a lot tougher. Many things also happen which never happened the first time through. In multiplayer mode, players share continues. The second mode is Rune Battle. This is purely a versus mode with each player trying to have the most runes by the end of the level. Runes can be earned by defeating enemies, smashing open objects and attacking the other player. Many new powerups exist to further enhance this mode. The final mode is Time Attack, which is multiplayer only. Players must get to the end of the level before time runs out. Each checkpoint passed adds a little more time to the clock. Working closely with your partner is essential for this mode.
Reception
