Season 2: 2012

It was announced on April 7, 2011 that Bob's Burgers would be renewed for a second season of 13 episodes. It is currently expected to begin airing mid-season on March 11, 2012. Included this season will be a food truck, synchronized swimming, exploring an abandoned taffy factory and a situation with a bank robber. All secondary characters are also expected to make appearances in the second season. On July 22, 2011, Fox announced at Comic-Con that nine additional scripts were ordered. On Halloween 2011, It was announced that those nine scripts would be produced and a full season was ordered.
