 on 23 November 1953. His biological mother was Junaidah Daeng Harris, whom P.Ramlee married in 1950, but ended in divorce in 1954. His only sibling are Arfan (1954-1998). He is also an actor, composer, musician and a singer as well.

He died at the age of 55, on 17 December 2008 due to heart complications and diabetes and buried at Jalan Ampang Muslim Cemetery
