Meredith and Derek exchange vows on post-its.

The vows are:

1.)To love each other even when they hate each other.

2.)No running out on each other, no matter what happens.

3.)They'll take care of each other even when they're old, smelly, and senile.

4.)If Meredith gets Alzheimers and forgets Derek, Derek will remind her who he is every day.

5.THIS(Their relationship) is forever.

A man is brought into Seattle Grace after being hit by a bus saving a woman. His face is badly injured and he's unrecognizable. Meredith finds out that John Doe is actually George O'Malley after he uses his fingers to write "007" into her hand because he is unable to hold a pen. Izzie's second brain tumor has been taken out, but it leaves reason for Alex, Derek, and Cristina to worry, because she has short term memory loss. The season ends with a huge cliffhanger because we are unsure whether George or Izzie really dies. They are both seen on an elevator which represents that they are dead/ dying.
