Noémi Kiss is a Hungarian writer, whose work has been translated in English, German and Serbian as well. In the German press she is considered as one of the most promising writers of her generation.

in Germany. Aside from her books Kiss has also written individual short stories and essays in Hungarian and German and is an editor for the Hungarian magazin Új Holnap.
Currently (2010) Kiss is living in Budapest and has given birth to twins in early 2010.
