's most outstanding player. The award was first given following the 1990–91 season. There have been two repeat-winners of the award: Adonal Foyle
of Colgate
(1996, 1997) and Brian Ehlers of Lafayette (1999, 2000). Holy Cross
claims the most winners with five, Bucknell
is second with four, and two other schools are tied with three winners apiece.
As of 2011, the only school currently in the Patriot League with zero winners is Army
