Paul R. Verkuil

Paul Robert Verkuil is an attorney, former dean of the Tulane University Law School

Verkuil served as William and Mary President from July 1, 1985 until his resignation, effective January 7, 1992.
He is a life fellow of the American Bar Foundation

He has been the editor of the Virginia Law Review
, and the recipient of the NYU Founders Day Award for "Consistent evidence of outstanding scholarship." He is a leading scholar of law and regulation and has published more than 60 articles in this field.
