and At World's End, and also features additional missions and characters. Also this game has place to place visits to locales such as the Black Pearl
, the Flying Dutchman, Tortuga, Davy Jones Locker, Shipwreck Cove, Port Royal and also a prison. As Captain Jack Sparrow you have to go to different locations to find the pirate lords and tell them of the meeting at Shipwreck Cove (this involves battling them, their guards, or doing a mission for them). In one part you actually have to rescue one (Gentelman Jocard) from Davy Jones Locker while trapped there. The missions can be both difficult and easy and small clues are given to help out. Sometimes the player is forced to control more than one character at once during a battle and has to split their focus which can be dangerous if the player does not master that skill. Some missions have little mini-puzzles that need to be solved in order to accomplish the bigger mission. Some are optional and do not need to be completed such as finding a rum bottle for a prisoner on the Dutchman and some are mandatory like finding the music for Davy Jones' organ and playing it. This happens twice: once to release the key to the Dead Man's Chest and the second to open the brig door. Both times are mandatory to complete the level. In order to win the game you must defeat Davy Jones as both Jack and Will
and in the cutscene that follows Will kills Davy
. You must then defend the Black Pearl
against the Endeavour until the Flying Dutchman resurfaces under Will's command and destroys the Endeavour, killing Lord Cutler Beckett. After the battle Barbossa has another mutiny against Jack. Jack later runs into Black Bart along with Scarlett and Giselle.
. On GameSpot, despite various scoring in each version, the Wii is criticised for overusing the Wii remote as a sword but reading the movements perfectly..
