 platform game and was one of the most successful Game Gear titles for that year. The player could choose to play as either Ren or Stimpy and faced a variety of obstacles in classic platformer environments. It was a 1-player game.

Game levels included: Stinking Dry Desert, Wet Bayou, Perilous Mt. Hoek and the Great Frozen North.

Powerup weapons included a bar of soap for floating soap bubble attack.
