Before Spring Hills F.C. was formed, players previously played for Mix FM (Swan Hill) Panthers who won the FFAO Men's Sunbury

Spring Hills F.C. got its name when players from Swan Hill, Victoria & Caroline Springs (North-West Melbourne) merged.
Spring Hills F.C. is a member of Futsal 5-A-Side Australia.
The Panthers are currently playing in Division 2 @ Caroline Springs Leisure Centre. The Comp is run by the Australian Futsal Group & games are on Thursday Nights.
