St. Anthony High School was founded in 1920 by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart.St. Anthony was once two schools—a boys' school and a girls' school.
Campus
The High School is located in Downtown Long Beach at 6th and Olive Avenue. Recently, there were $1.4 million in facilities renovations. The “Saints” Athletic Field is located a little over eight miles away from the downtown campus in the Lakewood Village area of Long Beach, with transportation to and from the field on the school's private bus.Academics

The St. Anthony H.S. Choir follows a long history of worship through music. The choir is headed by Mr. Samuel Torres, who aptly blends contemporary and traditional sounds for the monthly Mass celebrations held at St. Anthony Catholic Church.
