. Established in 1926, the school serves students from preschool through 8th grade. Saint Genevieve School is a co-ed school which has roughly about 300 to 400 students. The school has a variety of cultures including Hispanics, Whites, Blacks and Asians
Any student who joins the pre-kindergarten program at Saint Genevieve’s School has guidelines to follow. The child must be completely toilet trained. If the child is not toilet trained they will be sent home and not allowed to come back to class until the child is completely child trained. However, there is no guarantee that their child's spot will be held for the student.
For the following programs the students must be a certain age by October 1 of the current school year:
- Pre-K 3 : Age 3
- Pre-K 4 : Age 4
- Kindergarten and 1st grade: Age 4 or 5

In the admission department for Saint Genevieve’s School they are certain guidelines in each grade level. Every student entering Saint Genevieve's School must have the following documents: a birth certificate and sacrament certificates such as baptism, confirmation etc. Any student entering between first grade to eighth grade will have to be interviewed with the parent/guardian. The final decision of whether or not the student is accepted in the school is made after the interview. Any student entering first grade through eighth grade need to have their latest report card. Student who are entering in the school from 2nd grade on need to show any standardized test grades they received. Transfer Procedure
Any student who is transferring to another school must inform the secretary of Saint Genevieve’s School with the following information within a week’s noticed. Once all fees, tuition, and the following information is finished and paid off records will be forwarded to the new school.- Name and Grade of student
- Date of Birth
- Reason for transferring
- New Address if valid
- Name and address including zip code of the school child is transferring to
- Last day the child will be attending St. Genevieve’s School
