St. Paul's College is a college within the University of Manitoba, and in order to become a part of it, you have to select that you want to be a part of it when applying to the University of Manitoba and pay a $5.00 fee per term. This college has a yearly membership of about 1200 students, at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
