St. Roch includes a variety of teams including boys football teams, Junior Boys Volleyball Team, Junior Girls Volleyball Team, Junior Boys Basketball Team, Junior Girls Basketball Team, Junior Swimming Team, Junior Hockey Team, Junior Girls Soccer Team and Junior Boys Soccer Team. St.Roch's fanbase is considered to be one of the best in ROPSSAA, due to the schools amazing spirit, sold out football games, and higher attendance rates for other sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer e.t.c.
