In September 2010, Stoney Creek Hospitality Corporation took over as the Park Inn’s operator and announced the undertaking of a $20 million renovation of the historic hotel which will result in a 27 room full-service property with 7000 sq ft (650.3 m²). of meeting space while maintaining amenities of the era and the restoration of the concepts and designs that the architect intended.
