Stoney Creek Inn & Conference Centers now currently has a collection of 13 properties in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin that range in size up to 180 guest rooms. Stoney Creek’s newest facility located in Wausau, Wisconsin is the Grand Lodge, which opened in December 2009 and contains a 50000 square feet (4,645.2 m²) indoor water park.

The Grand Lodge in Wausau has 139 newly remodeled guest rooms and 4 meeting rooms. Additionally, the resort hosts Loggers Landing, a 500000 sq ft (46,451.5 m²). indoor water park that is said to be Northern Wisconsin's largest indoor water park.

and completed in 1910. The Park Inn Hotel is the last Wright designed hotel in the world and his design is said to have greatly influenced architecture in Europe.

In September 2010, Stoney Creek Hospitality Corporation took over as the Park Inn’s operator and announced the undertaking of a $20 million renovation of the historic hotel which will result in a 27 room full-service property with 7000 sq ft (650.3 m²). of meeting space while maintaining amenities of the era and the restoration of the concepts and designs that the architect intended.
