Swearing's for Art Students is the first EP and commercial release by Brighton indie rock band Elle Milano
, released on 2 April 2006. It was originally limited to 500 copies on 10" red vinyl, but is also available for download on sites like iTunes. The EP features 4 songs which were popular downloads, re-recorded to give a better sound. The EP received generally positive reviews upon its release. [1] [2] The EP's title track "Swearing's for Art Students" received some radio play from London's XFM and Steve Lamacq. The songs "Swearing's For Art Students" and "Believe your Own Hype. Always" was also included on the Japanese version of the album, Acres of Dead Space Cadets.
