The museums hours are Wednesday-Saturday (10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and Sunday (Noon to 5 p.m.) eastern time
. Admission is free to the public.
The museum is open Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm. Admission to tour the museum is $3.00 per adult and $2.00 per student. The Great Room inside the museum can be rented for weddings & receptions, birthday parties, and other events. Front Porch Pickin' is a weekly event held at the museum every Thursday beginning at 7pm. Be entertained by local musicians who play bluegrass music. Admission for Front Porch Pickin' is $1.00
