's youth ranks, Víctor first appeared for the first team during 2004–05

), and established himself as a useful element in the subsequent La Liga
seasons.
During 2007–08, Víctor served a six-month loan to second division
side Real Sociedad
, where he netted six league goals in 18 contests, with the Basque
outfit ultimately failing a top flight return.
Víctor returned subsequently to the Balearic Islands
but, in August 2008, was again loaned, to Gimnàstic de Tarragona
, also in the "silver category", returning home after a career-high 13 goals.
Returned to Mallorca for 2009–10
, Víctor found himself backing up on-form Aritz Aduriz
, and appeared more prominently in the domestic cup
