I've been a school bus driver for several years and I just applied as a driver for a company that transport dangerous goods. This is my first time in the dangerous goods industry so I have no idea with the requirements/training needed. I haven't meet my employers yet for interview, but based on their job ad, if ever I get hired, they'll have me transporting LPG (just a small units of them). Do I still have to take an ADR Training Course? And where do I take them? Can I get an online ADR Driver Training Crash Course? Do you think the rate is reasonable? Any more companies you could recommend?
