The only source of evidence about her visions is the trial transcript in which she refuses to answer every question.

But whether she had mental illnesses or not is still controversial. There is no historical record support that she had mental illnesses. Scholar like Ralph Hoffman indicated that the vision or voice didn't mean to illness.
