There is no legal binding on any printer to not use the logo so it is not copyrighted and it doesn

Some publishing companies use it to show that they are with the bigger publishers

The walking fingers is not copyrighted, AT&T never submitted their logo, so it became a standard logo for all Yellow Pages, but if you take a look at http://www.seccionpaginasamarillas.com.do logo, we made a new look to the logo.
